PREPARE TO IMPRESS…
The Great Yorkshire Show held Tuesday 9th to Friday 12th July 2024 will be an Ayrshire ‘show’- case within the World Federation Conference Tour and the Society would like to put on a truly world class spectacle of the best UK Ayrshire cattle from regular and new exhibitors.
A global ambassador of the breed, Mary Creek of Palmyra Ayrshires from the USA who is part of the tour has accepted to judge the breed classes which will be held on the morning of Wednesday 10th July, cattle can arrive from Sunday morning onwards but must arrive by noon Monday 8th and cannot leave before Friday 12th at 6pm.
The organising committee is currently working with the show to organise a reception for the delegates and all stall bookings and entries must be made in accordance with and through the show with the same deadlines and costs as all other dairy exhibitors – without exception – the ACS will also be paying a considerable sum to guarantee the stall allocation so let’s try to make a spectacle and fill the 70 stalls reserved.
Entry forms will be available late March online, with entries closing normally early May - BOOK YOUR STALLS HERE
As yet the show has not confirmed whether the Interbreed classes will be on the Wednesday or Thursday and the Interbreed calf and showmanship classes will continue on the Friday.
